Prices at a glance
Please note the following: The total travel price is composed of the desired comfort category and comfort class on the train, the vehicle any chosen extras (FlexService, bike rack, pet, ...) as well as the utilization/availability on the travel day.
Couchette
Included in the travel price: Travelling in a shared compartment or private compartment, pillows, blankets and sheets, breakfast. Windows that can be opened. Washrooms and WC in the wagon.

Extra
Bringing a rear/bike rack costs 30 € fee per way.
Bringing a dog (well-behaved, only when booking a private compartment in couchette, couchette Plus or sleeper comfort) or other pets (up to the size of a cat) costs 60 € fee per way.
More flexibility - with the FlexService
With the FlexService you enjoy more options should there still be changes in your travel planning.
You can change your booking once without additional rebooking fee to another travel day in the current season, provided there are free places available, and only pay any difference for a more expensive day.
You benefit from more favorable cancellation conditions should you not be able to take your journey after all.
The FlexService is valid once per booking.
Automobile club members travel cheaper
ADAC club members: Save 15 € per booking / route
The discount is granted when booking a combined passenger and vehicle ticket, whereby the ADAC member must be part of the travel group. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid only in conjunction with a valid ADAC card in the name of the booking traveler.
The discount applies per booking / route.
If the membership number is validated in the online booking, the discount will be deducted directly from the current total travel price.
TCS club members: Save 18 € per booking / route
The discount is granted when booking a combined passenger and vehicle ticket, whereby the TCS member must be part of the travel group. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions and is valid only in conjunction with a valid TCS card in the name of the booking traveler.
The discount applies per booking / route.
If the membership number is validated in the online booking, the discount will be deducted directly from the current total travel price.

Book by phone at +49 (0)911 – 240 388 – 22 or online, providing your ADAC or TCS membership number.
When booking online, please enter your membership number in the "Membership Program" field.
Group travel
If you want to travel with a group and need more than one compartment, please contact us by e-mail to autoreisezug@bahntouristikexpress.de.
We will be happy to assist you with the booking.
Catering on the train
All passengers receive a breakfast (included in the travel price) served directly to the compartment.
You are welcome to purchase hot drinks, soft drinks and spirits as well as small snacks in our minibar compartment en route. Please note that cash payment is not possible on board! However, we accept all types of card payment (EC, credit cards) as well as digital payment apps such as Apple Pay, among others.
